The v1.0.0 batch of Trailhead Wit was brewed and is currently in the fermenter! Trailhead Wit is a light, refreshing Belgian Wit with hints of orange and coriander.
It’s currently in cold crash and should be ready for bottling in a few days. We’ll let it bottle condition for a couple of weeks and then label and chill, just in time for summer afternoons outdoors!
