The first taste test of El Pescador is officially in the books.
The beer opened with a nice hiss, confirming CO2 is well on target, and poured a deep golden color with a slight haze. Flavor was slightly crisp, not too hoppy, and smooth with a delicate malt backbone.
We’re going to let this condition for another week or two to hopefully let it crisp up and clarify just a bit more. Overall, El Pescador Coastal Lager is shaping up to be a solid innaugural brew!
