El Pescador batch 0001 is officially through fermentation and has entered the “cold crash”. This is the “lagering” stage is when the temperature is dropped to near freezing to allow for residual yeast and matter to settle, allowing the beer to clarify.
Next step is to package and let it bottle condition for a week or two, then it’s time to crack the innaugural lowcase Brewing beer! Check back in a few weeks to celebrate with us! Sláinte!
